# 022: Unread lookup check

Goal: record unread counts across agents.

Steps:
1. Run `box lookup unread`.
2. Record per-agent unread counts; flag any agent with a large
   backlog needing attention.

Done criteria: result notes below list per-agent unread counts,
or the exact error if the command fails.
